Add credits

Where to find it

• Your balance, at the top of the app or at the foot of the menu. Tap it.
• Add credits beside your balance in the menu, and in Settings, Credits.
• The card in a chat when a message needs more than your balance. Once the credits land, that card offers Run it now.

Each opens the same Add credits sheet. It shows your balance, then Card and Crypto. Under Crypto, Majors and Tokens are always one tap apart, and the sheet opens on the one you used last.

Pay with crypto

1. Choose an amount$10, $25, $50 or $100. You get shows the credit in dollars, such as $25.00 of credit for $25, with your bonus in it if you hold $ASKR.
2. Choose a coinUnder Majors, Bitcoin, ETH, Solana and USDC are the logos, and Other coins lists every other coin. The address appears on its own; if you see Get my address instead, tap it to see where to send. An amount a coin cannot take is not offered for it.
3. Send exactly what is shownSend the amount shown, in one payment, on the network named, to the address shown. Copy copies the address, or scan the QR code with your wallet app. The address is for this top-up only. Your wallet's own network fee comes on top.
4. Or pay from your walletFor some coins, Pay from wallet sends it in one confirm: pick your wallet by name from the ones in your browser, such as MetaMask or Rabby, or use WalletConnect for a wallet app.
5. Wait for it to landThe line at the foot says what is happening, from Waiting for the deposit to done. Credits land as soon as the network confirms: seconds on fast networks, longer for Bitcoin. You can close the sheet; the top-up carries on.

A Bitcoin Lightning payment is an invoice rather than an address: Pay this invoice from a Lightning wallet, while the countdown runs.

Pay by card

1. Tap CardAt the top of the sheet.
2. Choose an amount$10, $25 or $50, or Other for any amount from $5 to $500.
3. Tick the boxIt says you want your credits now and understand you cannot cancel once they are on your balance. Pay stays off until you tick it.
4. PayThe button says the amount, such as Pay $25. You pay on Stripe's page, then come back to the page you were on. The credits land within seconds.

• No fee on the top-up. $25 gives you $25.00 of credit, plus your bonus if you hold $ASKR, and the price includes any tax.
• Your card details go to Stripe and never reach askr.
• Your receipt comes from Link, Stripe's checkout, which sells the credits on askr's behalf. Your statement shows LINK.COM* HEYASKR.AI.
• Card credits stay with you. They cannot be sent to another @, though you can add them to a chat as money everyone there uses.
• A checkout you leave unpaid lapses after 30 minutes, and nothing is charged.

Pay with any coin

Pay with a coin from your own wallet on Robinhood Chain: ETH, USDG, $ASKR, a Robinhood stock token, or any other coin with a market there. Tap Crypto, then Tokens, and choose your wallet by name: the tokens it holds show straight away, with what each is worth in credit. Or search any coin by its ticker, name or contract address. Read the quote, what you get first, then the safety check and Price details, and confirm in your wallet. Your wallet sells the coin, and the dollars that arrive are credited, less askr's 1% fee (at least $0.05), plus your bonus if you hold $ASKR, once the sale is confirmed. If a crypto payment goes wrong

The deposit bonus

Hold $ASKR in a linked wallet and every deposit gets a bonus in credits of up to 25%: your share of supply × 100, so 0.1% of supply adds 10% and 0.25% or more adds 25%. Once your $ASKR earns one, You get in the sheet includes your bonus. Link the wallet that holds it in Settings, $ASKR, or with Verify holdings on the token page.
