Refunds and card payments

What happens when something goes wrong with a payment, and the card rules in full.

Cashing out: Not possible. Credits are prepaid AI on askr and cannot be turned into cash or crypto.
A failed answer: Not charged. Anything set aside for it comes straight back to your balance, never to your card.
A wrong charge: Message support with the line from your activity. If you were charged for something a model did not deliver, it is put right.
Crypto top-ups: Final. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by anyone.
A purchase on Explore: Final. An install, a use or a remix is not refunded, and the same tap is never charged twice. Prices on Explore.

Card payments

Card payments go through Stripe and are sold by Link, Stripe's checkout, on askr's behalf. Link sends your receipt and decides refunds of the payment under its own terms, including any cooling-off period the law gives you.
By ticking the box you ask for the credits at once, so once they are on your balance askr does not refund the purchase.
Card credits cannot be sent to other people. You can add them to a chat as money everyone there uses. What comes back to you from it comes back as card credits first, up to what you put in by card.
A chargeback for credits you used breaks the terms, and askr contests it with the account's record. While it is open, sending credits and paying by card wait.
If a dispute is lost or a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are taken back from your card credits. Anything that leaves unpaid is owed, and answers and sends pause until it is paid. A crypto top-up pays what is owed first.
askr may refuse, freeze or reverse a card payment it believes is fraud.
